The Heat Treat

Heat-treating and temering in our own furnaces secure the repeatability of the termal tratment. Controlled atmosphere ovens, induction hardening and vacuum installation are the latest technical advancements of the heat-treating technic.

The Quality Control

Crack checking through ultrasonics. Hardness checking through computer evaluation. Checking-room with air condition. We guarantee for the raw material, hardness and dimensional accuracy.
